Question: I can not bend my body at all in any direction . The pain is gradual the more I move the sharper the pain.

try a hot shower and then go to the doctor
SEE A DOCTOR!! IMEDIATLEY!
Pain like that is never normal. I would go to the nearest ER as soon as possible.
