today when playing football with my friend i got tackle and i landed hard on my back and since then the upper part of my spine and my neck have been hurting a lot it hurt to move my head so ive been trying to just stay in one position.s this just soreness or something more serious?

go see a doctor..you might have a back or spinal injury.
