How to get rid of varicose veins?!

Question: For varicose veins, they require surgery. I have a bad one on one leg and am going to hospital next week. i believe if they do it early in the morning I may get to go home that day but possibly have to stay over night, Spider veins you can have laser treatment, Many woman that spend a lot of time on their feet and have had babies can get them. Men get them also but not so much. To help them try to sit with your feet raised . you can massage with up ward movements. Wearing a surgical stocking is recommened but Other than surgery I'm afraid you will have them
