How do I stop biting my Nails?!

Question: I am 15 years old (and 6 months) and I have been biting my nails for as long as I can remember. There have been times when I have stopped for short periods (a month max) but then I would get nervous from something and start biting, what is a method that could help me quit for good?
(No medication please(unless household))

Cheers

You will need to replace the undesirable habit with one that you like, such as lolly pops. Get a whole bag of tootsie pops, practice relaxation and breathing and keep things handy to chew or suck on. You can do it. I did. No bad habit will stay gone if you don't replace it with a healthy one, so if you use something else that involves your mouth, it should work. I even had little stretch gloves at first. I haven't bitten my nails in over 20 years. You won't either.

I have never ever bitten my nails before.
And they look really nice, and i am 14.
I just don't do it.
If I get nervous or anything, I usually lick stick my finger in my mouth, but I can't bite my nails, because they'll look nasty.
Just think of that.
Set yourself a goal.. And think.. If I bite my nails, they are gonna look horrible.
I would suggest maybe buying some nail varnish that stops you from biting your nails.. Because it tastes horrible. :(
Or, just try normal nail varnish.
Even the clear stuff if you're not too fond of it.
Or, you could try fake nails, because there's no way you would want to bite them. But, not everyone likes fake nails.
Or, you could chew gum instead, works for a lot of people.
You could just simply tell yourself.. No!.. When you do it. When you're doing it, just take your hands away.
Well, I hope I helped.
Good luck. :)

Wear gloves.
