Dizziness and light-headedness can be one of the most difficult symptoms to pin down. Very often it is due to some form of tension or anxiety, and can occur particularly when the breathing gets disturbed, as can happen with acute anxiety. This is often accompanied by feelings of wanting to take deep breaths, but feeling you can't, and sometimes tingling feelings around the lips or in the fingers.
Physical causes include low blood sugar and anemia...

same thing happens too me hahaaaa

Have you drank anything latly? That can make you dizzy if you are not hydrated enough! Are you eating enough or over excersizeing, because eating disorders can make you black out and dizzy. Other than that call your docter, you might have something wrong with you. Get well!!!

i used to have that i would sortof blackout for a second or so as well. you should probably see a doctor. I fixed my dizzy spells by drinking electrolytes which are in gatorade.

the dizzy spells could be caused by having low blood pressure. drink some gatorade and see how that goes. but.... before you do anything.... talk to your doctor.

No one is a little bit anorexia. Either you are or you are not. That could be the problem right there. Lack of food will cause these types of problems and it will only get worse if you don't eat.
