Does a stiff bed affect the stress I feel every morning?!
Question: I got this new sofa bed for my room to save some space. Since then, I've been having headaches every morning and my body is aching. My sofa bed is a lot harder that my previous bed. Is this a major factor of my stress? Please help.

your mattress makes all the difference. It will affect your body tremendously. Don't play around with your back

u need a new bed

yes because ur probably not getting enough sleep and then u become grumpy and stressed
get back your old bed and sleep better
