Too much Biotin = headache???!
Question: Usually I take two 1500 mcg pills. This morning I took a 5000 mcg pill for the first time. Could this have caused my massive headache?
Should I go back to my normal amount of Biotin?

Biotin in large doses may have an effect on your blood sugar, which I guess could give you a headache.
The recommended dose for men is 25 mcg and 30 mcg for women. There are circumstances where larger doses are used.
