Will excersize fix this...?!

Question: About 3 years ago I got some boil, or something similair, right on my left butt cheek. I know gross. I went to the doctor for it and they gave me antibiotics that finally killed whatever it was. I also had one on my shin...they told me the first time it was a spider bite, and then it was a boil, so who really knows. My point is it took a big part of my butt out. I have a tiny scar, but I feel like my butt is freakin lopsided...lol
I mean, Im 5'4 120 and my butt is pretty big....I just feel like its noticeable, mostly if I have a swim suit on. And I want to get rid of it. do you think doing squats will bring my full butt back lol. Maybe jogging or something? Help!

huh? was it a brown recluse spider bite? that is one that will leave a huge "pit" in the skin, or was it a staph infection?

squats will help lift your buttocks, as well as tone your legs, it all depends on your feet placement and where you concentration is placed during the lifting part. If you want to sculpt your butt, I'd suggest a combination of squats, backward lunges, hamstring curls, and cutting back on the bad fats in your diet and make sure you are drinking adequate water. Sufficient water intake will help tremendously with the "Dimples" in those fatty areas such as the butt and thighs. Get rid of the pop/soda, especially diet!

Diet sodas make dimpling a lot more noticeable! Lots of fresh water!

use some bondo...if you would like i can tell u more about it. just email me

If you took part of your butt out it wont come back. Just try to loose some of the weight on your hips and it will probably stop being noticable.

Yeah it will help add muscle but then you would have to isolate whatever glute it is that is messed up. Other wise you will continue to grow your glutes, the normal one will get bigger, and the unnormal one will get bigger too but It needs more attention because it is behind.

I'm not sure about the exercise fixing it... but more exercise is generally always a good thing... try it! absolutely nothing to lose :)

Most likely

Squats should help but just doing squats wont help. You would need to workout the surrounding muscles of the gluteus such as your lower back and you inner, outer, and mid, hamstrings. The muscle fibers need to be properly stacked up against one another for you to see result. I will give you a little tip since I am a personal trainer ;p "do some Romanian deadlift " I can
