I'm 15 too, and I had this same problem over the summer.
It can be a few things.
One, dehydration, drink lots of water. Try drinking one medium sized glass, at least every hour.
Two, It could also be lack of sleep. Have you been sleeping enough?
Or Three, it could be both things in one.

I wouldn't worry too much about it being anything severe yet.
And it's not a very good idea to ask things like this over YahooAnswers. I learned my lesson. People were telling me all kinds of things, like I may be about to have a heart attack. All they did was scare me. So take my advice first, before expecting it to be anything really bad.

It could be an ear infection, but it could also be a lack of iron making you anemic. If its your ear, I'd think it would hurt. Try eating some high iron food and see if that helps. If your ear does start hurting, see if you have any olive oil or baby oil, warm it under hot water and put a few drops in your ear. That should help.

I feel like this after eating greasy foods or not eating or just being exhausted, drink water relax dont be anxious forget or solve your problems.
