sounds like a migrane i get them alot I generally use excedrin migrane it works in about 20 to 30 minutes
Start massaging the back of your neck to increase blood flow to your head. Concentrate your massage on the very back muscles where the blood vessels are running right below the neck muscles.
drink Motrin and sleep it will go away.
