Migraine headache?! please help?!
Question: well , migraines run in the family. today, i tripped and landed really hard on my knees.
since then, my sight has been fuzzy, my head hurts (only when i bend down), i get really dizzy when i stand up, and i've been throwing up a lot. i'm pretty sure it's a migraine.
any way to get rid of it? please don't say rest or advil, i've tried that (:

I've had migraines my entire life. The best thing that I have found is Excedrin Migraine. However, since this is the result of an injury, if the headache continues you may want to see a doctor because you might have cause some damage somewhere else in your body and your symptons are actually another problem. Hope you feel better!
go to a doctor, see what he prescribes..most likely, the answer would be rest but you said not to say rest so I'm saying doctors :)
Doesn't sound like a migraine, best see a doctor. Could be Diabetes.

Get an MRI. Sounds like you might have an embolism or perhaps some swelling somewhere in your brain from the impact. Is there any chance you could be pregnant? If not then perhaps you've injured your brain from the impact. Are there any swelling? It could be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. All the symptoms you've mentioned are found in this condition.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
