Knee pain any suggestions?!
Question: I have severe knee pain when I put any pressure on my knee, like trying to walk. I went to the ER and they x-ray it and took lab. All they said was I did not have gout. or a fracture. gave me a pain shot and sent me home. I still can not walk I will try to get an appointment with an ortho. but that could be days. any suggestions? Tried wraping, heat, tylenol extra arth. strenth. have pain pill but don't want to take That would not help me to walk.

I would try Ice, if there is swelling elevate your leg,and get an appt. with an ortho.
