Some days my veins are bright blkue and others they are really dull, why is this!

Question: It can depend on a lot of things. Some of the biggies are how hydrated you are, your blood pressure, and the iron level in your blood. When you are dehydrated, it causes your veins to flatten, because there is less fluid going through them - hence why it is difficult to take blood from someone who is very dehydrated. When your blood pressure is higher, it makes your veins more pronounced (have you ever noticed that some guys get that big vein bursting out of their forehead when they're angry? That's from their increasing BP) and the opposite happens when it is lower. Also, your blood will appear darker when there is a greater amount of iron in your system - iron is the binding agent in hemoglobin, it is what makes your blood cells absorb oxygen.

Hope that helps!

yor blood flow may increase or decrease usually depending on how you feel

blue veins indicate that the blood does not have oxygen, if they are dull that means they are carrying oxygen rich blood. This isn't anything to worry about you're just catching it in different light sources and at different points in your blood's circulation

Well body tempature has a lot to do with that. Also the amount of electrolytes you have...Meaning if you haven't had any water etc then you might have smaller viens...Size and brightness change all the time. It is completely normal.
