Suboxone withdrawal symptoms, is there a way to help?!

Question: My ex boyfriend is on Suboxone and he screwed up this month and is 3 pills short. He is feeling awful, very cranky, miserable and he can't refill his prescription until Monday, the first. Is there anything (legal) he can do to ease the withdrawal symptoms?

Even though his doctor may not want to write a script because he is supposed to be on a certain amount I am sure that he can call his doc and get ahold of him and explain his situation. The doc can then authorize an early refill at the pharmacy. If he already has a refill though most pharmacies, especially if it's only a day early will refill it. If both things do not work, but try them, then the natural remedy stuff is alot of hot showers and baths, scrub your skin with an exfoliate, take a multi vitamin, get something OTC to help him sleep, drink alot of Gatorade and water and if you can get ahold of some charcoal tablets get em and have him take them. This will saturate the toxins in his system. Not all but some. Good luck.

Chocolate, stay away from B vitamins, make sure he drinks a lot of water, i smoked pot to get thru withdrawls . . . hot tea or chocolate, a shot or 2 of whiskey will stop his legs from thrashing and help him sleep if its to that point yet . . . soak in a hot tub, Ive also found midol (yes for a dude) to help aleviate a little.
