Is there a way to remove the scarring in my lip?!

When I was like 7 years old, i fell on my face and got a lip bleading (it was some wild 8-year old boy b-day party, and i got run over by one when ten kids running in a small corridor). So anyway, like a year since then I had a small black scar on my lower lip. I'm 17 now, and the scar is streching so I wanna get rid of it. Are there any possible ways to permanently get rid of it, and make the lip grow normally?

A plastic surgeon would be able to do a "scar revision", minimizing the scar and improving the look of your lip. There would still be some scar, but it sounds like the look of your lip could be improved. Ask for a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (be careful of a GP who does plastic surgery on the side).
