Help with soreness?!


Question: I am so sore Friday i was playing Volleyball for 3 hours i uess im weak but anyway i am so sore today and yesterday! I hurts to laugh, pu on my jacket, sit down, get up etc. What will help the most?

no ur body isn't used to it. ur muscles tensed up. it will heal. best thing to do is wait it out.

Ibuprofen!

You should stretch. It'll hurt a little....but it'll feel good too, and it'll loosen you up. Next time you play volleyball, stretch as soon as you're done. It'll help with the soreness later on.

try some tylenol,it'll weaken after a few more days

You need to get in a warm bath because it loosens up the muscles

This might sound really silly, but it works! Take a nice hot soak in your tub, put apple cider vinegar in with the bath water. I know it smells bad, but its worth it.

What I do is just take it easy for the next two days and then some times take an extra day after I don't hurt any more just so I can be certain that it's okay to do activities again. Try a warm bath, I've heard that it can help aches, but I've not tried this yet. Good luck with getting back to yourself and playing volleyball again =)

get some nice buble bath run your self a nice hot bath and soak yourself until the water is cold

Just sit down for a long time . Relax . =]

Hope helps, that pain is from muscles that
aren't routinely used. And if you take a nice
sort walk, try to stretch and sink into a
nice hot tub for a while...O and try 3 of the
extra strenth for migraines.
Keep using your daily life style active. Just
know that pain does go away. Restoritive sleep helps too

deep heat :) or some form of heat, hot water bottle, heated bean bag etc and some ibuprofen! Remember to cool down properly next time, it helps to prevent so many problems!

make someone massage,like mom,dad,sister ect.and sleep and just do not move for a day..and tell us how you feel after that!
