Pain in my right hip?!
Question: While trying to sleep last night I had a jabbing pain a couple of inches under my right breast. It was almost acidic, like you get when you have indigestion. Is that what it was, or could it be something else?

I got to say some of these questions seem like people are from outer space. Is it your hip or under your breast?
Actually if you are worried about your heart, it will most likely hurt in the center of your chest above your nipple line. Probably indigestion or pleurisy. I would guess the latter. Also if you are young (under about 35 to 40), it's probably not your heart unless you are obese.
I would call that a side stitch.

Still, I would go with pleurisy.
Don't worry about it unless it reoccurs. I suspect that you are young, as you will have weird pains like this from time to time the rest of your life.
If you go seek advice, after you've been to a regular doctor and they've done everything and you still have the pain, go to a chiropractor. They can do a complete physical on you to and tell you why you have the pain and most of the time what to do about it. If you went to the chiropractor first, and they think you should see a doctor, they'll send you to one (it's cheaper to do it this way rather than vice versa I've found).
