If your hip is made of 100 percent titanium alloy, it is not the reason for your blood being high in iron. Titanium is a very hypoallergenic alloy and almost no one is allergic and it is one of the safest alloys to have in your body. I would look for other causes of high iron and have peace of mind that your implant is not poisoning your blood. Find out if its 100 percent titanium though. If it not, feel free to email me.
