There is only one cure Rest it up !

firstly rest
but if pain persists you will need an injection from your doctor into the joint to stop the inflamation

anti inflammatories and rest, if not then an injection of steroid and anaesthetic will help if not cure the problem

my hubby had tennis elbow and he was told to rest it - he didnt - he was then told he'd have to have a steriod injection - as he waited for his appointment he rested his elbow and guess what - it has cleared up and there is no need for the injection - so the first answerer is totally right - rest is the only answer - good luck

just rest it, i had tennis elbow for a couple hours, rested it and its all good now.....also becareful with your shoulder too, i think since i was more paranoid about my elbow i put more stress on my shoulder and got tennis shoulder

tennis elbow is tendinitis of your wrist extensors behind the elbow... mainly because you're doing too much wrist extension when you're on your PC... you're keyboard may be too high for your wrist... try adding extra pad below your wrist... and try hotpacks and massage to where the pain is.. and then try stretching the muscle... this will help reduce the pain...
