Rolled my ankle?!


Question: I rolled my ankle two weeks ago at the skatepark. I came home iced it, rested it, compressed it, elevated it and I could walk on it the same day, but every time I apply pressure to this certain area on my ankle, either with my hand or with weight, it hurts. what can i do to make it better?

may need an xray to rule out a fracture. If not fractured then physiotherapy as a ligament or tendon maybe twisted and inflammed.

I rolled my ankle and my friend rolled his ankle. The best thing I find is a brace, those elastic things that are like a sock with no toes. They keep the ankle supported.
