Any tips on how to fall asleep fast?!

try taking benadryl like 3 hours before you regularly sleep.

Chamomile tea
catnip teas
Valerian root tea

A good quality bourbon before going to sleep

tilt your head backward on a pillow and close your eyes.

I have a great solution. I would not recommend taking prescription sleep aids though, they are addicting and can cause major health problems such as lung disease. I recommend trying Tylenol Simply Sleep, which is just Tylenol PM minus the pain reliever(acetaminophen). Take it about 1 to 2 hours before bedtime and you should fall asleep easily when you lay down. Good Luck!

just turn out all the lights where you are, keep yahoo answering online, and after a while your eyes will start to hurt you will start to dose off. Also try going on a really long loading site or something..it will make you unpatient and bored and more tired! thats what im doing now!

No caffine or sugar after dinner. Relax quietly for an hour before trying to sleep.

Try a little warm milk...........

well I used to never eb able to fall asleep with the TV off, btu I trained myself too, and now I fall asleep real quick.

Good question. Yahoo Answers is certainly no help. This site is addictive when you are cozy in bed with a laptop.

close your eyes ,breath in breath out and u will fall a sleep. It takes around 15 minutes. Try not to remember anything coz the reason people cannot sleep is because they keep thinking of something. Hope that helps!!:)

a couple tokes off a joint will do the trick, so how about some medical marijuana? hah, do you live in california?

Nyquil or the natural sleeping pill Melatonin <-- works for me and is non-addictive

there r some good over the counter sleep aids. i use them on school nights because i can never sleep. just try some. my doctor reccomends them to me. or u could try prescription sleep aids but they r kind of addicting, not to mention very strong.

ok if u dont wanna take pills and stuff just have a hot shower (or a bubble bath) , some milk , and read a book ? :) that always helps me! ? - R&(h*El
