Why is there a consistent cramping on the back of my head?!

Question: I was rear-ended last June (by a cell phone driving bimbo while I was stationary) so obviously I hit my head on the headrest. I'm still going through physiotherapy, but I want to know why the muscles on the back still cramp up every once in a while, even after all this time.

if a chic ever rear-ended me, i would just get in the back of her car and rear-end her.

why are you still going thru therapy so long? if you hit the headrest most are cushioned anyhow.. sounds like you or the doctors are commiting ins. fraud of some kind. thats 7 months ago. something dont sound right on this.
