How do I make this go away?!
Question: What a way to start the new year...
While getting out of bed for whatever reason it was, my butt crack felt sore and sensitive. I know this sounds disgusting but it feels like a little cut, maybe half an inch at most. It's not bleeding, and it's at about center of my crack. I usually go commando in my sleep and I don't wear thongs regularly so I really don't know what's the deal.
I heard these things happen if you sweat a lot, or you wipe too far up. Either way...is this something that'll pass in a couple days or am I really going to have to drive out of the middle of my nowhere town to the city to see a doctor? XD

This happens sometimes. Perhaps when you were seated on the toilet you tore the skin with a sudden movement or the sweat may have caused it.
Rise the area of with cool water a couple of times a day and put a little bit of vaseline on it. During the summer when we tend to sweat, keeping such areas smooth and dry with a little baby powder always helps.
It should go away in a couple of days. No big deal or need of doctor unless it keeps hurting.
could be hemorrhoids. You should go see a Dr. They are used to problems of that nature, no reason to be shy.
