It's not recommended because you could and probably will get an infection with it. That's why companies make specific lubrication for sex. KY is good because they have different kinds and hot oils for massages also. Best of luck.
KY jelly is the best.
Not if you're using condoms as it might damage the latex, but in theory it'll work otherwise. Wouldn't want to try it however as usually that's not meant for internal use and might cause an allergic reaction especially in her.
KY Jelly is your best bet - designed especially to do that and usually has the advantage that it's anti-bacterial.
