Sciatic nerve pain, any help for this?!

Question: I suffer sciatica myself. The best remedy is to visit either a chiropracter or Doctor of Osteopathy for a spinal manipulation to relieve pressure on the nerve. That and anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen or Naprosyn. You can also float in a tub of very hot water, a whirlpool or regular pool. There aren't any miracle cures, but those will help get it down to a bearable point.

Just prescription pain killers and bed rest!!!

Your body will heal itself, and there is nothing you can do but rest to let it do that except cover up the pain with medicine.

I have not found anything that really helps mine. Heat is soothing.

SCIATIC NERVE PAIN IS VERY BAD FOR BODY AND GIVE SO MUCH PAIN ANYTIME AND THAT PAIN CAN FLOW WITH THE BLOOD IN UR RIGHT LEG.

THE BETTER WAY TO CURE THIS PROBLEM TO GO TO YOGA TEACHER OR PHYSIOTHERAPIST IS MORE BETTER.
WITH THE HELP OF YOGA U CAN EASILY CURE THIS PROBLEM.
