It's probably a mucus cyst, essentially a blocked salivary gland. It's a very common thing. You can pop it or lance it or leave it alone until it breaks by itself. Usually, they go away after a while, but they can recur or persist. If they keep coming back and it bothers you, then the salivary gland might have to be surgically removed. It's a minor office procedure to remove a salivary gland. See an ENT (ear-nose-throat) specialist if you need it removed. Most often, these cysts are harmless. Very, very rarely a cancer called a mucious cyst adenoma can present in this way.

It's probably just a canker sore, and it will probably go away in a few days or a week. But if you're not sure, go to a doctor.

Is the lump under your tongue. If it is on the floor of your mouth, it could be a blocked or infected salivary gland. If it is on your tongue, you may have bitten your tongue without knowing it. If it persists, see a doctor or dentist.

could just be a swollen tastebud. It'll go down in a few days.

Been there, had that, it goes away

Its probably a cold sore. Let it burst on its own. If you burst it yourself if might hurt more. People can get cold sores in their gums, lips, tongue, etc. It will pass. If not go to see a doctor.
