How long until Im back to normal after quitting smoking?!
Question: I'm 15 (yes, I know that's not good) and have been smoking for 2 years. For the first year it was very occasional, like one or two every few weeks, but in the last year it's been about 2 packets a week, and I tend to have maybe all 20 out a pack over 2 days, go a few days without them, do it again, etc.
Recently I was ill for other reasons and was told I'd been coughing up tar, and it's scared me so much that I'm quitting.
How long until my lungs, circulation, blood pressure etc will be back to normal?

Bood pressure is other health issues not revolved just around smoking dear! Your doing the right thing but you can't reverse damage done from smoking you can stop to prevent it from getting worse. You were a baby smoker I smoke a pack a day an have for 30 years, my mom just died from lung cancer an she hadn't smoked in 17yrs, step mom has lung cancer also. DON'T GO BACK! DON'T GO BACK!
It may take a few years to get back to normal, but you'll have to diet as well because quitting smoking will make you gain about 15-20 pounds in 6 months.
