Is there any way to prevent nighttime nasal drip?!


Question: It's Gastroesophageal reflux. This is when your stomach contents (including acid) return to the throat, often while you sleep or lay down. GERD can be eased by raising the head of your bed six inches and avoiding food for a few hours before bedtime. Drink plenty of fuids, try Echinacea, Ginger and Green tea. Vitamin C.
Avoid dairy products, citrus fruits, strawberries, spicy foods and onion and garlic (especially when raw) before going to bed.
And stay away from caffeine prior to bed sweetheart. I know you, you drink coffee late at night! You need a good spanking Mr.!

nasal steroids like flonase can help
