use vasaline, or chapstick
Use Aquaphor. I used to take a pill that dried out my skin, mostly my lips, and aquaphor did miracles. I believe its resonably priced also.
Chapped lips can indicate mild dehydration. So besides applying a quality medicated lip balm, make sure you get your vitamins and drink plenty of water. Drinking enough water is good for everything.
Carmex is for cold sores and it takes mouisture out of your lips. The old regular chapstick in the black tube works best.
I've tried all sorts of lip products and the one that works best for me is "Blistex Gentle Sense". It leaves my lips really smooth and is also hypo-allergenic.

I get really chaped lips in the winter too. A really good product is Vaseline, also one of my favorites is Burts Bees. It is made from bees wax so it helps your lips.

SoftLips lip balm or just regular chapstick!!! Carmex is too greasy and makes your lips sting :(
!CARMEX! it is the best lip product ever.I t might burn a little when you first put it on.But it is the !BEST! chapped lip product ever!!!!!!
