Serve Hip pain?!

Question: last night at around 5:30pm (michigan time) my left hip started geting but was tolerable. I woke up about 15 minutes ago and was in much worse pain not only was it my left hip but my whole back ii am hot but feel cold, and i am shivering and cant sleep or stay still, WHAT COULD THIS BE someone help, i tried webmd symptom checker but it came up with nothing, i have to go babysit in 4 hours an need to know if i should go to the hospital or go babysit. please help me.

fever = go to the doctor............no fever = if it's you lower back and the back of your hip - you may have pinched a nerve (sciatica)...................
