What's the best way to start?!

Question: My new year's resolution is to start smoking but I'm not sure how best to start. Should I build up to it with nicotine gum or light cigarettes or should I just start with a strong brand and take it from there?

How many a day should I start with?

Start with other people's, that way you can get to try out all the brands without spending any of your own hard-earned cash. You'll find smokers a most friendly and giving bunch of people.

DON'T.

if you can find a local support group you could do it at the same time as several other people that way you can help eachother. Ask your GP for advice also ....

If not your local chemist will be able to guide you.

Good Luck

40 a day. Try Woodbines (if you can still get them) or Camels. That will get you coughing your guts up in no time!

(this is tongue in cheek, right?!)

thats the opposite of most peoples resolution, but,i guess i can hekllp.start with bes=nson and hedges 100's,a light, yet effective cigareete, then work your way up to marlboros and black 'n' milds

ARE YOU NUTS!!!???? Don't start yourself on the way to your death!!

That better be a joke. If not, you must be seriously mentally impaired. There are MILLIONS of people struggling daily to give up and then there are other MILLIONS of people DYING of smoking related illnesses GLOBALLY. I dont have any advice that would validate this ignorant question.

The best way to stop is never to start in the first place. Start now and a couple of years down the line you will serious regret your decision to start now.

Millions are trying to quit smoking, be one of the lucky ones who will never have to be put in their position.

Are you strong enough to face the death?
my uncle died because of smoking.just one day ago.
his age is only 39.He smokes only once a week.your family and relations want you.

Are you mad, my mum died almost a year ago from cancer, she smoked a lot . don't even think of it, it smells, cost a lot and when you want to stop "and you will want to 2" it will be twice as hard.
