What can i do, to make myself fall asleep faster? to make me get tired?!


Question: Well, there's aways alcohol. But unfortunately while alcohol will help you to go to sleep faster, the sleep won't be nearly of as good a quality. I would suggest just lay down, disengage your brain, and roll you eyes to the back or your head. it works for me.

stay away from caffeine after 6...i usually lay in bed and read ...getting warm and comfy helps

A nice soothing cup of Herbal Tea should do the trick. Or a simple pill like Tylenol PM also helps me to get drowsy at night. Or a strenious activity maybe jogging for a Mile or shooting basketball is always good exercise to help me get exhausted at night.

exercise during the day. a hot shower before bed time warm milk. etc etc etc

drink warm milk...the lactose breaks up and helps u sleep...or try to use a heating pad or take a pill or have a nice warm bath before bed

try simply sleep by tylenol or benadryl.

I have always had problems falling asleep...I'll be super tired, but no matter what I do I can't fall asleep! Tylenol PM works for me, but not every time...it's weird. The only other thing that works for me is reading in bed...but then I usually get a headache, lol. I can't win. Good luck though, sweet dreams!
