My boyfriend and I were taking naps after work every day for months!!! We just stopped because..well I guess we got really rested! haha We nap all the time though, we both love sleep :-) It totally reduces my stress...it gives my mind a break.

i smoke after s*x... does that help?

AFTER work? I sleep DURING work.

I haven't read or heard of any studies on this...but how can anybody sleep after work? I've got to many things to think about and for me sleep is work.

If you are able to do a 45 minute nap...it helps. Me, I sleep for 4 hours and there is nothing good about that.

works to relieve my stress.

Well I get off work at 11PM so I would say that yes I do sleep after work. LOL

A nap is healthy. As long as it doesn't prevent you from sleeping at night, it's a good thing.

I sleep at work!

I guess you could say that I do. I get home a 830 pm and go to bed around 1030

Hello. You should always wind down and relax after work. If you are going straight to bed you may start to feel like all you do is work and sleep. I would relax wind down and then go to sleep

be serious

i dont wrk..bt i sleep when i come after skul..nd then i do wt iv gt 2 do..It kind f reduces stress..nd i guess ur fresh after that...

I don't think you can sleep immediately after work, unless you are really tired..

If you really want to reduce stress you should,

1. Pray.
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and uncluttered your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
