see doctor fast could be diabetes

Yes. You need to see the doctor for some blood work because it is possible that you are anemic. Don't take any chances with your health.

i would if i was you

Could be a number of things, diabetes, thyroid problems, anaemia....go to the doctor and get some tests done, a simple blood and urine test maybe all you need.

The winter. Make sure you get out in the day. Keep to regular sleep times. Make sure you unwind at night.

maybe you are suffering from narcolepsy (how do you spell?)

Some Guidelines.....

1. Choose what you eat wisely. Food is fuel for your body. If you eat bad food you will get bad results. Plenty of reference out there for the right way to eat. Lots of vegetables, fruit, little bit of lean protein. Stay away from processed foods - i.e. meals in a box!! If you are tired after you eat then it sounds like too many carbs!!! Get your diet in order. Moderation is the key. You can eat "bad" once in awhile...not every meal! Watch those snacks!!
2. Drink water. Water is important because if you do not drink enough your body will hold onto whatever you put into it. That equals weight gain. 75% of all people who go to the gym that I work out at are moderately to seriously dehydrated. No water = tired.

go see a doc. you may have chronic fatigue syndrome. i was diagnosed with it this sounds like what it might be. there are books on it see if your symptoms fit.

Go and see the doctor, but it's also possible that you're falling into depression, or you're just not eating enough period.

Definitely see a doctor and possibly an allergist. You may be allergic to something in the foods you eat.

you might have some kind of anemia it's an iron deficiency it makes you tired a lot alls you have to do is go to the drug store and get some iron pills they're safe
other ways to tell if you're anemic
are you always cold
do you chew on ice a lot
or you can pull the skin under your eyes down and if that flesh underneath you eyes is more white than red you have it

how often do you excercise? You need to do alot of cardio, excercise your heart. It'll work.

what are you eating too?

You're probably anaemic. When you next buy multiviamins then make sure the iron content is 14mg as that's the recommended daily allowance. It's a good idea to see your doctor to make sure it isn't something else though.

Go to a doctor, sure. It's always safest to rule out any serious problems.

But for gods sake dont panic - most likely there's nothing wrong with you.

!. Multivitamins are all well and good, but you can't beat vitamins from a fresh source - try to be sure you are eating 5 fruit and veg a day. You can then BOOST these with multivitamins, but make sure you are buying a decent brand. Multivits from a supermarket, or even many chemists, are a waste of money. Go to a natural health foods store - i dont know where you live, but if you can find 'quest' vitamins - blue and white label - they are the best i have ever found.

2. make sure you are drinking water - 4 pints/2litres a day is ideal. People often don't realise how important water is to general health, and are often amazed at their energy levels after just a few days of drinking sufficient water. (**don't be alarmed if you feel worse after the first couple of days, or breakout in blemishes - this is the water flushing the toxins out of your system. stick with it, and in another day or 2 you'll be feeling better than ever**)

3. go for a walk after dinner. this helps your metabolism, and will stop you feelin so lethargic. Try to walk after every meal, but after dinner is especially important, as it will also help you sleep soundly.

4. make sure you are taking some time for yourself!! i don't know how much you work, or if you have kids etc, but if possible try to take a day every week where you have no plans, or at least a few hours where you can just relax.

5. if you are already relaxing a lot (i don't know how easy/hard your job is) try doing something extra - take up something to keep you occupied. Being not busy enough can be as bad as being too busy.

Hope some of those tips help!!!

I would recommend seeing a dr. As others have pointed out persistant tiredness can be any number of things, including sleep disorders.

quite possibly it is anemia, it is when you dont have enough iron in your diet and you get very drowsy and tired. Even multi vitamins wont adjust it, you really need iron tablets. But before you even try that i would get down the doctors to gain a proper diagnosis.

Happy new year from england!

xx

i think you need to see a doctor right away it could be a virus or something. plz go soon
