Why does my knee make this sound?!

I think your knee muscles are relesing air

maybe arthritis

pieces of your brain rolling around inside your body.

Usually due to lack of callcium. its okay mine does it to. you should probably drink more milk and eat more cheese

could be many reasons try taking cod liver oil tablets, if still concerned go to the doctor

its u cracking ur knee. U know all those people who crack thier knuckles on thier fingers its just the same as that but in ur knee all u need to do is not get addicted to that and then u wont get arthritus in ur knee

Ahh! The joy of age. Isn't it great??? I would guess tendons and cartilage popping. If your cushioning if totally worn out I suppose that it could be the bone rubbing (depends upon your age).

It could probably be gas that builds up in the joints. When I pop my fingers they always make a noise. ( I have no arthritis in my finger joints but really do in many other joints) Interesting!!
