My left pinky toe is moving on its own. Why is this happening???!

Question: Since around Saturday or Sunday, I realized my left pinky toe is suddenly moving on its own. First I feel a static or tingly sensation in the nerves leading up to that toe, and then it moves a little and stops. 30 seconds later, it does it again! lol

Is this a sign of fatigue or something else? Please give me some feedback. =)

I have the same problem, my little toe on the right foot twitched on and off until it started twitching all night and drove me insane!! It just wiggles on its own!!
I went for deep tissue massages to see if it would stop it and when he poked around my lower back and right buttock it made the toe twitch like mad!!!! It stopped for a week or so arter the massage then started again.
Eventually i went to see a physiotherapist and he realigned my pelvis apparently my right side was popped out more than the left and he said the nerve running to my toe was getting pinched making it twitch all the time. After a few sessions of him poking and pushing my pelvis back into spot, my toe stopped twitching, amazing!!!

It is just a nerve. Don't worry about it!

Simply a muscle spasm.

get a pair of scissors and chop it off quick!! just to be sure ;)

must be all the crack you been smokin!! JUST PLAYIN!! i have no idea. is it like a muscle spasm or something?

Yeah I agree with "Bon"...sounds like if you took a trip to the chiropractor they would find something out of alignment in your spine, causing your nerves in your toe to be pinched! Try the chiro out, I used to go for my neck pain and it worked SO GOOD! Turns out a bunch of my vertebras were all out of whack, so now they are fixed and I feel good :-)
