Passing Out Question?!

Question: Whenever I drink i have this problem where i cant sleep at all. Everyone else just passes out and wakes up in the morning and I toss and turn all night if i got to bed even slightly intoxicated. Even if i am at the point of throwing up I never have passed out. Why is this and how can I fall asleep when drunk? it is really quite annoying and it makes me not want to drink because i know i will be up all night :(

i cant sleep either when iv been drinking but i think it depends on what ur drinking il have red bull in my vodka so thats probably why i cant sleep lol, or if iv not had red bull the room spins so i stay up rather than lying down when its spinning. mayb u should start drinking water a couple of hrs before you go 2 bed i find this helps me after a mad night out.

Obviously, Alcohol doesn't agree with you, and you really shouldn't drink. Not everyone can drink, some people get very sick. If it affects you that way, I would say make sure you don't drink within 4 hours of going to bed, so you can get some sleep.
I know I can't sleep when the bed is spinning, but a tiny buzz, and I sleep like a baby. I have never passed out, either. You are actually poisoning your body if you drink to the point of passing out, should you vomit in your sleep, you could die. Something to think about.

Sounds as if Alcohol is a stimulant to you, so keeping you awake and on the go, rather than allowing you to pass out. Some people use coffee, others tea, you can use Alcohol, should you need to be up 24-7, like if you want to become a Doctor in a Hospital.
