It all depends on what's causing the pain in the first place. There are alot of treat,ment options but without first knowing the cause I can't give advice. If the pain has been there a while I would get an <MRI to find the cause, then if it is needed you can have surgery, but beware you may end up in worse shape than before
No just wait till it goes away. Also sit how you feel naturally if you try to sit or stand straight it hurts. Try not to lift anything heavy.
