Urinalysis for health insurance?!
Question: Kind of wierd, but me and my SO applied for life insurance and they sent someone out do do all the blood urine etc. Today I got a call back from them saying they are going to send someone out on two seperate days to do another urinalysis for both of us, she also mentioned that we shouldn't do any physical exercise or heavy lifting prior to the test. What the heck does that mean? Kind of has me worried..... What did they find or what happened?? And what does exercise or heavy lifting have to do with my urine?

Physical exercise increases the levels of testosterone. Maybe your natural testosterone came up a little high because you exercise and now they are paranoid and want to know if you inject synthetic testosterone.
One of the things they are testing for is nicotine most likely.
they obviously spotted some sort of abnormality and may have even got your samples mixed up with your SO. They are just being careful to get the correct results as they do not want to ensure someone who does not meet thier health criteria...you need to look into this matter!
