FAST acting.... eat fruit. Best bet... go out and buy the big jug (not the SUPER big jug) of Juicy Juice Fruit Punch (not any other brand since it all rest are chock full of artificial sweeteners--blech). Drink all of it within 1/2 hour to hour. Stay near bathroom cuz you are gonna be diarrhetic. The high concentration of vitamin C (above 3000 mg) is a natural diarretic and will get you going.

Also, the epsom salt flush someone recommended is good too.

To keep things moving long term... listen to above posters, they all have good suggestions.

Olive oil, bran, anytype of fiber. Cabbage, apples. Prune juice.

Have prunes on hand? Or prune juice??
Apples (with the skin)
Oatmeal
Bran cereal

Prune juice. I know it taste awful, but just hold your nose and gulp it down.

Epsome Salt (read dose directions)
Prune Juice (sunkist is the only one I found not made from reconstituted prunes and tastes WAY better)
Peaches, pears, oranges etc
AVOID Bannanas, Rice (or pasta) Applesause, Toast (bread)
Thats the BRAT diet to stop diarrea so should be avoided.
Sugar and juice also help in a small degree
Milk of Magnisia is a medicine but its a natural product that gets desired results farely quickly.
Exercise, walking especially, that moves the trunk area will help as well.
