Rib pains.. what could it be?!
Question: Sometimes i get these weird pains in my ribs, and it hurst even more when i try to breath. It's like a stich or something when you've been running but in the rib area. Any idea what this is?

i think it's called costochrondritis, it's a type of inflammation.
I've heard that the muscles between the ribs can get inflamed or irritated or whatever and is supposedly the cause, I've had it happen now and then.
