After my stitches were removed is it ok to........???!
Question: 1. wash dishes, and my babies bottles?
2. Grab heavy things?
3. Play volleyball?
4. wet my hand?
Also what is really not recommended???
My stitches were on my wrist... the cut happened on the 11th of december, stitches taken out on Dec 28... i still feel sore and everytime i use strength it hurts... mainly because the cut was on my viens... well thats what i think....

Start using your wrist again by washing dishes,
Don't grab heavy things right away
wet your hand YES, the stitches have been removed and you are healed
Gradually begin holding your child in your lap, not from floor to standing,
eventually the pain will lessen,
take advil for pain and swelling,
DO NOT play volleyball,
