I accidentally ate one once (it was still on the shelf at a small market) and didn't feel sick at all until after I read the label. Even then it was probably psychological. It tasted fine and I never threw up, I just felt sick to my stomach.
Unable to answer this accurately. Could be anywhere from 'not at all' (most likely) to 'very' (unlikely). Don't panic. See how you are feeling. If you are becoming ill, see a physician. Until then, rest easily.

yoghurt is made with bacteria, so maybe no problem. This reminds me of a question 'how can you tell if bleu cheese is bad, its moldy to begin with...'
I think it should be fine as long as it was refridgerated properly,
remember SELL date is NOT the same as expiration,

I dunno, not much but if it was a slightly brownish/off greenish colour then be worried.
I went to a discount store today and they were selling stuff from 06 :S. (Spam).
couldn't you taste that it was old? I tasted old yogurt once and it tasted nasty! if you ate it though, you will probably just get an upset stomch- you know, cramps and diarhea...
