I take Seroquel, it is a prescription medicine. If you dont want to go that route, SleepMD is a good one, you can find it at wal-mart and is the only one I found with no bad side effects. Good luck!

A glass of warm milk may help. It's something you can take with least or maybe no side effect at all. Milk is rich in tyramine a pre-cursor of serotonin, a hormone which affects sleep. Don't do vigorous activities before sleeping because it will make you feel more alert. Have a regular time of sleep, eat a well-balanced diet.

Hmm...seems like the best thing to try first would be not sleeping for one day and exercising alot during that day. Try to stay awake until 10 or 11pm and then wake up at 7 or 8am. It takes a couple days to readjust that old circadian rhythm, but you'll feel better when you do.

If that doesn't work, take some ambien. But make sure you don't do anything crazy in your sleep.

Something that is less addictive... I would suggest Sleepy Time Tea it is a lil expensive but it works and its natural.
