How to wake up early again?!

Question: There use to be a time where I could go to sleep at 3AM and manage to wake up at 7 or 8AM fine without feeling much fatigue.

Lately, I've been waking up at 11:30 or 12.

I'd like to try to get in bed earlier, but it's a challenge since I'm not sleepy at that time. Breaking in a new sleeping schedule is something I'm pretty damn inadequate at.

Any tips to get myself to go to bed earlier?

From my own experiences, I've eaten peanuts and drank a half glass of milk before I've gone to bed. It's had me drowsy and I'm able to go to sleep pretty early that way.

put an alarm on... go to bed early.

Do it gradually. If you don't need to be up early, try setting the alarm for half an hour earlier than you usually get up, then make sure you do get up. Then go to bed half an hour earlier... and so on, until you get into a routine that suits you.

Make sure you don't have any caffeine after about 2pm, as that can keep you awake late. And have your last meal at least three hours before you go to bed.

set alarm clocks and put them on the bedside of your housemate/dormate/brother/mom/dad/nieghb... or who ever who lives with you..when it sets off, tell them to wake you up..

nasty but is works...
