I took some midol an hour and a half ago...when can i take loratab? Bad toothach!

Question: No it will still work for things other than your period. It has Acetaminophen in it, and if you have the one for cramps it has Ibuprofen in it too (same as nurofen etc).

As loratab has avetaminophen in it too, you should wait at least 4 hrs between doses as it is the same painkiller. if have an alternative painkiller (i.e. not acetaminophen or ibuprofen) you can alternate it every 2 hrs.

I.e. Panadol (paracetamol) at 10, 2, 6 and 10
Nurofen (ibuprofen) at 12, 4, 8

midol is for your period... that is probably why it isnt working.. hehe. Try icing your jaw

Midol and Lortabs both have acetaminophen (tylenol) and that is the real problem - too much can cause liver damage.

Each Midol has about 500 mg and the Lortabs can have 500, 660 or 750 mg of Tylenol.

Keeping your intake below 4 grams (8 midol) per day will keep you out of trouble.

Give your pharmacist a call and find out for sure, but I think you will be fine if you take a Lortab now.
