My bones r always cracking!?!
Question: I can't stop!!! My doctors said it could be something i only do 4 a while... until they heard me cracking... i can crack almost every main bone... They said it can be beginner signs of MS. But that it was to early to tell... My aunt has it and its horrible, but i cant stop... It's to addicting. its like telling me not to eat food!!! You have any suggestions???

I don't know what to do either. I have the same problem. All of my bones crack, and if they don't crack then they hurt. I have been doing this for like 5 years now. and I can't stop. my jaw bone even cracks..I can't chew without it cracking. and sometimes it gets locked. I don't know what to do, dr's say there is nothing they can do, that I am going to have to make myself stop..but thats too hard.
i ussed to do that too but then i got into another habit. try that.
