Question: Who has the same stupid cold I do? It's a nose and throat thing, and it just won't go away! Anyone have it? Has anyone gotten rid of it??

Firstly, to get rid of the throat soreness and pain, squeeze the juice of a lemon into a cup. warm the cup in the microwave for about 30 secs (has to be warm - not hot!) mix in some honey into it and drink it. this is one of the best and natural remedies to get rid f sore throats.
Also, dissolving a paracetamol into a cup of warm water and gargling also works good for relief of pain. (make sure you swallow it too!)
Secondly, for the nose, if you have a runny or congested (blocked) nose, this works best in any case!
Get a bowl of hot water (not boiling!) and put vicks inside it. the vicks should dissolve into it. put your head over the bowl and inhale through nose (keep your eyes closed, it will water alot!). this helps in relieving congested headaches and runny/blocked nose.
