How do i ease the pain from TMJ without medication?!
Question: ive been on muscle relaxers, but i cant drive on them, so i can only take them at night. but my jaw is constantly aching! please help!

look up medical massage for jaw and joint disorder, on google. if you can find a physical therapist who can do this it may help, a neuromuscular dentist can make you an oral appliance which can alighn the jaw and correct the bite, but while you are waiting have you tried moist heat pads, or ice packs?, hope you find relief soon, wish you well,
