Why won't this heal?!


Question: so i got a cat scratch on my upper arm a few weeks ago, and i KNOW that one's old.

but it's not healing. it still looks like she scratched me 2days ago....



deff. not infected btw. just not healing

first keep it clean with soap and water, then try applying Neosporin. that should work.

you should try using some neosporin it can help you heal works for me oh if youre diabetic healing takes longer

Sometimes if you have diabetes (or other illnesses) scratches won't heal as quickly. Go see your doc.

do not touch it or put too much things on it and it will heal. its probably nothing serious. your ok its only been 2 days. it it doesnt change in like 7 - 10 days check a doctor

If you're diabetic or haemophiliac and/or on certain meds (eg plavix) scratches could take longer than "normal" to heal. Wash the area with soap and water. Dab it with neosporin and cover with gauze and tape. If that doesn't resolve it then seek professional care.

It could be diabetes, I'd get it checked.
